Safety is for Suckers

January 27, 2009

A man might ask, ‘Where is that wilderness that tempers boys into men?’ Alaska you might say. It is bound to be dildoed for oil. Its pristine virginity dicked into political prostitution. Where is this wilderness? It rests in your mind and hands. Your willfulness to protest that bleak future of the nanny state concerns your every thought and action. Seat belt laws are a nuisance. Safety has always been an illusion. What happened to rugged individualism? A dying thought in these modern times. The lack of any danger in our lives and the complete convenience that we experience removes us from our genetic disposition towards true survival instincts. These instincts are very vital to our coping with the environment around us. And the environment around has been manipulated. It has almost come to a point of de-evolution. We are not evolving anymore. Your potential as a human being has not been fully met.

Do you need someone to tell you what is safe and what is not? Do you need your mother? In your car? In your workplace? In your everyday life?

Please let the weak take themselves out. Let them be foolish. Let them drive like complete assholes into the twilight of their own demise. Let them lose limbs in the workplace. Let he who can not fathom the complete ramifications of every action suffer the consequences. And he will tell his children with three fingers and a stub for an arm from jail: ‘Do not walk the path that I have walked’. Lesson learned. Lesson taught.

That is the last Alaska. The last wilderness. The last free empty expanse and it dwells within ours minds and souls because the physical wilderness is completely occupied at this time. Sold to the highest bidder, long ago.
